Job Description :
- Make a weekly and monthly report about sales performance, customer, and competitor.
- Create and controlling canvas schedule
- Monitoring the distribution of goods to customer
- Responsible for the performance of subordinates to achieve branch target
- Do other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Maximum age 35 years old
- At least Bachelor's Degree from all faculty, with minimum of 2.75 GPA
- At least 3 years working experience in supervisor level and related field
- Previous experience in Adhesive / Paint industry will be highly prioritized
- Ability to effectively communicate & negotiate
- Have driving license and own vehicle
- Have capability in supervise and coordinate team member
- This position is based in SEMARANG (Central Java)
